Coverage for dental care outside your country depends entirely on your plan. Ask:
Does my plan pay anything for out-of-network or out-of-country care?
What documents do you need to process a claim?
Do you need the procedure codes your plan uses?
Is there a waiting period or a missing-tooth clause for implants?
Bring home the right paperwork
An itemized receipt in English with each tooth and procedure
The dentist's name, license number and clinic address
X-rays before and after treatment
Proof of payment
