Full-Arch Implants (All-on-4 / All-on-X) Abroad

A full set of upper or lower teeth fixed to a small number of implants.

What it is

Full-arch treatment replaces a whole arch of teeth with a fixed bridge held by several implants. It usually starts with extractions and a temporary bridge, followed by a final bridge after healing.

How many trips to expect

Most full-arch plans need at least two trips: one for surgery and a temporary bridge, and one for the final bridge after healing. This is major surgery; ask about anesthesia, who is in the room, and emergency plans.

Ask before you book

  • Who will do the treatment, and what is their license number?
  • What exactly is included in the price, and what could be added later?
  • What happens, and who pays, if something needs to be redone?
  • How will my dentist at home get the records, X-rays and material details?
  • Is the final bridge acrylic, zirconia or another material?
  • What sedation is used, and who monitors it?
  • Is the temporary bridge included, and how long will I wear it?

The quote should list

  • Imaging and planning
  • Extractions
  • Number and brand of implants
  • Temporary bridge
  • Final bridge and material
  • Sedation or anesthesia
  • Follow-up and adjustment visits

This is general information, not dental advice. A dentist who examines you is the only one who can say what treatment you need.
